There might be something in the first one, although 'loan' without the 's' would be better.
"Apartment is" doesn't make sense to me?
The hyphen detracts a lot from Forum-Mortgage (and without it the double 'm' would).
GPT Wonder is just one in a sea of similar names registered recently, so lots of alternatives out there.

I'm looking to sell them off asap as I bought them in my first week of domaining having learnt a bit more from NP and personal research, I've realised that I made an impulsive purchase on these domains.
