If any of those have any value, it's "judgian". In cases like this, go for the exact term and leave the variations for others to reg IMO. To be honest, don't see that much real value in "judgian" either unless the term really takes off. Not much real life applications for it... Might be worth a shot though, and wouldn't be that surprised if you make a few bucks off it.

If you hand regd it last night, what is minimum you would take today? So a $6 reg to $60 is 10x! But that wasn't what I had in mind. But I feel like right now today there "should" be a number I accept and anything less than that I pass on. What would that be for you?

The bolded part is a curious thing to me. I suppose if I were asking for say 50k, its worth some coin to fight me. If Im looking for 10k, it is worth 20k in fees and time to try and get it back?

The other thing I don't get is this . . . If I purchased a piece of land and just sat on it, no one would care as long as I paid my taxes! If I buy a domain and sit on it, Im not sure what the big deal really is!

Yeah, ain't that the truth. This time last year @Want2learn probably would have never thought of grabbing that when he heard it. I am just amazed at some of my thought process of late with similar scenarios. Good stuff.

Quite difficult to answer. As said, I don't really feel the name... And I really don't know about your domaining financials at all. But then again, domaining is about cash flow, and profit is profit. If you were to get a 10x profit from it within one week of registering it, I'd take it (for this particular name, that is). It isn't an end user type of name IMO...

wasn't comparing values really but more about new and/or trendy kinds of words. at least that was my thought when it was brought up.

Still curious, you regd it for $6 on Sunday wee hours! Wednesday an offer comes through . . . what would it have taken to part ways 3 days later?

Different strokes for different folks. I don't particularly like Covfefe, but you can bet your hind parts this guy would register it if he could!

Interestingly enough, my wife just passed the NClex and is now a registered nurse! She hates domains, well me domaining! Anyways a nursing site helped her get through school. She is working on the bariatric floor. She wanted TheBariatricNurse.com. Her second comment about domains was, and I had forgotten, but she mentioned Covfefe. So Id say she is batting 2/2 in the domain realm . . . so to speak . . . which is a lot better than me!

My thought was to make it a fan site and then possibly sell it. Emotional attachment on it for sure so if a call would have come in from a stranger not affiliated with the team it probably would have taken 5 digits to sell it, not sure tho. I might have taken anything over 5k.
