I don't know who in their right mind would search for "Jolly" hosting or host...

There is a plethora of words that could and should precede the word host, for example:

Cheap
Fast
Reliable
Easy
Web

Those are the types of metrics that people use when looking for hosting, they are relevant to the product or service.

The domain would only be valuable with development (building a brand) and even then it would be based on the service being sold rather than the name itself.:imho:

Not extraordinary but still its a nice name, IMO its value should be around min to high XX, Try to find a good enduser and the value may increase

Fun name which rolls off the tongue well. Unusual, but because of this it stands out so it's quite memorable. I like it, but it needs developing to add value. Undeveloped I think reseller price is low, maybe mid $xx.

You only have to mention 'GoDaddy' to realise that slightly daft names can work as hosting providers/registrars.
