A word related to jolly is "happy". While "happy 420 dot com" wouldn't be great, "happy 247 dot com" would be ok (jolly 247 dot com is tough, happy is stronger)

I am aware that domains with numbers sell very hard, but these two go together very well. Happy420 sold for $30k recently. But thanks for the comment and your time
