Hi All:

Yesterday, my domain name jobless.ws earned some spectacular one day revenue on Do_main__Ho-p (DH). The thing is, I hadn't even gotten around to forwarding the domain to their servers! So it earned DH revenue even though it was parked elsewhere. Weird, eh? The only explanation I can muster is that users who have been visiting my other DH parked names have been clicking on the "jobless.ws" cross promote link that is displayed at the bottom of my entire network of DH parked pages (Please visit www.SupportUSA.net and scroll down to the bottom of the page to see what I mean.) But I don't know. I've emailed support about this because I fear that this may be considered cheating. I'll probably have to wait until Monday for an answer :| .

Anyone else have a similar experience?

It is one feature that DH has which is to show your other domains and this feature can be turned on and off ...be careful though, I know of some that have gotten their accounts suspended for having their domains earn on DH without it actually being parked there, apparently a violation of their TOS.

There are other programs that use this type of feature (i.e. display domains in portfolio) and this includes Fabulous and TrafficParking.

One thing I've experienced with Fabulous is that domains I've deleted from my account still can be linked to from other domains I've got parked there..

Had to mail support about this couple of times, since I wasn't able to remove them myself...

The problem is that if you add the domain to your DH account, they will cross promote it (And you'll get views at least some of the time), but the TOS say that in order to have the domain in your account, you should have it directed there already.

I figued it might be. I set the nameservers for the domain to DH as soon as I saw the nice results so hopefully this will keep all parties happy. I emailed them about this because my intention was, is and never will be to cheat.

Thanks for all the responses.
