doragames.com ... seems a company named http://www.gamex.com/ has a few "insert popular game"games.com running. unless these people have some sort of partnership with these companies...which they very well could seeing as tho there is a registered trademark for gamex @ uspto.gov.. i don't see anyone coming after me if developed. I could be wrong of course.

You'd have to ask those websites whether they have agreements in place. Trademark holders don't always enforce their rights; and when they do enforce them, they sometimes bide their time to gather evidence for a case against someone.

I'm not an expert in TM law, but I do recommend staying away from grey areas unless you've done research to guarantee safety.
