That's the key! Find someone looking to do an off-the-wall, odd, anti-establishment, or zany thing and it may be worth low $xxx. Otherwise reg fee, I'm afraid.

That you already have a small portfolio of the out-of-the-ordinary is good news. If listed together they'll at least get people to pause and look.
