Sounds like you have a lot of options for development then. And that's it.

If Mrs. Jenny Loo wanted this domain, don't you think she would have registered it already? Overall, regging domains with names is risky and can be considered a little shady in some cases. Maybe there will a Jenny Loo that will become famous and sue you for the right for that domain. If I were you, I'd let it drop.

Haha there are 100's of Jenny Loo's
What if they all sue me?
Not everyone is aware of owning domain names. Maybe Jenny Loo is 15 years old and cant reg it.
Drop it lmao

Why are you asking our opinion if you don't want to hear it? If you want to sell it, target the 100's of Jenny Loos. It has no reseller value at all.

I value all opinions, thank you for yours. But just because it is considered a name, doesnt mean it belongs to a person
With that name. Who has cameron.com?
I am gonna sue them, thats my name!
It wasnt reg'd in bad faith
I am not profiting from a person with that name.
And not all people are aware that you can score a domain name
At goodaddy for 99cents. Maybe it will be a website about my homemade porn movie
Also there are lots of good names unreg'd cant say because it isnt registered doesnt mean it doesnt have
Value.
This name was reg in 1993 and got dropped in 2011
Maybe owner died or email acct was closed many reasons why it may have been dropped.
But saying drop it cause it is someones name is.
What if it was jenny.com? Drop that too?

There is no value in this name

I mean what are the chances of you asking one of the "Jenny Loo's" if they want the name and they say yes

There are also lots of "Debbie Loo's" and thats available too. You could register any number of "firstname lastname" combinations, its finding the buyer thats the hard part

Good luck

I think it is a cool name,

But one thing about names is if you have the name and are offering it at a higher rate than reg fee's to a Jenny Loo that could imply bad faith and any UDRP would rule against the non name holder. Now if you changed you name to Jenny Loo you're golden! :)

I think if you have just a first name only then it is generic enough to be fair game.

Crazy how UDRP decisions have been in favor of stars children's name holders because they said the person of that name couldn't lay claim during the time the registration took place. But then what if that person becomes super famous then would they have to decide against? I doubt it if a name holder could ever make revenue from the "name" site. 3 member panels can have funny UDRP decisions.

Lots of laws to consider in domaining....
