Sorry, I had NO idea that someone like her can "copyright" her own name. Is there a site I can go on to see what names are copyrighted? I guess there must be for you to know that it is copyrighted.

I would think that the name itself has some sort of value. She is THE most popular porn star right now. NOT that I would know anything about that stuff. :hehe:

Thanks for the responses all. I'm not sure if I agree with some of them. For example, I think that a name that gets traffic has SOME value. I mean if I pay reg fee for a name, it makes me $15 in one month than I lose it through WIPO, the name did have SOME value to me because it made me money. Some names are worth the risk.
