"C" at the ends always rise value of domain as it can be used as acronym of "company". "J" as Japan, etc. JEC.com is used by large corporation, so if someone have similar acronyms they will not have other choose as contact you, as .net is most valued extension after .com

90,500 X $.25 X 8 (ave 80% sales rate) divided by 8% (.com=100%, and I usually use 5% for .net but added 3% for it ending in "C") = $14,480 est. end user value.
