Don't use javascript links. (Search engines don't crawl javascript links).

If you must use them, put any links you want crawled in plain text links elsewhere in the page. Or, make a text-link site map and link to that on every page.

Use plain where you can for nav links, or get the links into your body text with links also and a sitemap may also help.

have the best of both worlds, then use javascript and text link.

Just copy those page links and put them in normal mode in footer section of your site.

It will be useful for your visitors as well as search engines.

you could also create a sitemap and submit it to google so they are aware of all these "hidden" pages.
