There isn't a big market for .is domains. So I'm not sure why you picked this TLD in particular and what makes you think this one will sell easily. After all why was it available ?

Yeah, I understand that there is no high demand for .is domains. I saw that keyword "java" (programming language Java) gets 5M searches and almost all of java.xxx domains is registered already.
Java.is - "Java is ..." would be nice domain for some IT websites, programming blogs etc.
I saw it is expiring and grabbed it.
