I definatly think it is brandable. i would try to make some sort of contest website. As far as value to reseller mid xx
Interesting one... I can think of quite a few development ideas - definately a nice name.
Domain value undeveloped - id say high $xx - low $xxx to an end user...
However, I'd develop it a little and just build some traffic rather then selling it on straight away. Good luck.
