This site will be developed into a site that helps people get all of the services they need to start a website, including Flash site/intro builder, web hosting, image hosting, turnkey sites, templates and more..

I would like to know the value of the domain. I know that the "I" is bad but in this case wouldn't it work with "Internet Web Creator" ?

yes I guess the "I" works, but with the site being un-dev low $xx but make it a popular free resource site with unique services you could get a lot more.
