It's Google's problem.
They refuse to distinguish between genuine parked traffic and fake arbitrage traffic in their calculations.
After arbitrage disappointed advertisers, Google cracked down on parked domains—which is utterly ridiculous.
Hope Google lets park make a comeback!

It's broader than that. "Parked" is a subcategory within ESET's "Web control" feature, specifically under the "Security and Malware" category.

Many corporate security solutions, in particular, allow customers to filter (block) parked pages as an entire category.
Do you know how to remove such domains from ESET blacklist or clean their reputation?

Yes, there are two primary ways:

For local exceptions, you can manually add the domain to the Approved or Ignored lists within the Blacklists and Whitelists section of your specific ESET product (e.g., ESET Mail Security or Endpoint Security).

To fix global reputation (False Positive), you must send an email to the ESET Research Lab at [email protected] with the subject line containing "Domain whitelist" followed by the blocked domain, and provide details on why it is a false positive.
