Sorry to say I don't see any of these fetching more than $x.
You don't go to a store to find an IT job.
The .shop is just kinda awkward-sounding.
.biz has had its day, and is fast on its way to irrelevancy with all the new, better extensions.
.info has a very narrow usage, and I don't think m/any people are looking for info-sites on kids clothing.
