I dont agree at all. I happen to very much like the domain name. Perhaps you'll see it better in its phrase form:

"It Has to Be"

Its memorable, its a catchy phrase, and frankly, I could see some fun/cool marketing sites being built on it. Its tricky to guage its value because you cant derive any value from traffic or keywords. Phrases are fun though and tend to hit mini-jackpots from time to time.

If this was in my portfolio, I would probably be asking about $600-850. If I knew who was making the offer, that would obviously change my negotiating strategy. Good luck!
