This is one of those names I would develop myself if I were in your shoes.

Find/scrape a list of English language boarding schools in Italy, and then build an SEO-optimized directory site targeting foreigners moving to Italy. If you can clear even $100-200 USD a month in revenue from featured listings and advertisements, you should be able to flip this site for a decent amount of money.

On its own as a domain name, I think it is worth low $$$. With a little bit of development, you can aim much higher.
