I think this has it's roots in VOD or IPTV. It's a bit on the "techie" side as for a name. Personaly I get it. I owne XstreamX , XstreamLIVE and XstreamPro ( sry for the spamage ) I also use streaming media content on, iogod.com ( built for my Mom ), an eBook site (free) with some links to classic movies online.
You will need to build this one. However the bright side is that your names going to be on the cutting edge in ...... another year or two (imho).
You could try to set up your own internet broadcast company. And build content with a following. PPV or events promotions and broadcasting is another good idea.
With all my rambling on you can see that the value is in what you do with it. Stick it up on the block for a quickie and you may see Low $xxx.xx but build a rich content and interactive site and ...well $ could be much more.
