I won this domain on TDNAM last week and am curious as to whether I paid above, below, or right around market value. I'll disclose how much I paid once I've got a few appraisals from you guys on the board.

Frankly, I don't have a strong sense as to how much .cc names are worth, but this was one domain I didn't want falling into the wrong hands.

Some notes:
* Comparing israel.cc and enic.cc's histories on archive.org, israel.cc looks to have been one of the first .cc names ever registered.
* Estibot says: israel.cc = $600
* Most similar reported sale: england.cc cashed in at $600 on 3/25/2007.

Toss in your thoughts. This geo-phyte is my second-most expensive domain purchase yet and should be a fun one to appraise

to a born again christian like me israel is very precious and priceless since it will be the center of the earth in the new heavens and the new earth, but i guess the ext. diminished it's perceived value.

Due to the historical importance of Israel, the national pride and international attention that Israel has on an ongoing basis, i'd say it's a must to develop this one. In a sole reseller state, high $xxx - low $x.xxx :imho:
