ISPProxy.net - Has Anyone used them?

I was wonding if anyone on here has used ispproxy.net to register names. I was particularly interested in their $5 .es promotion. Do these guys work like a normal registrar?

Any good or bad experiences with them?

I also just found this registrar: 12register.com. They seem to be very cheap in a few extensions. They seem to be accrediated, but I would still appreciate an opinion from an actual user of either site.
