I think given popularity of .io, the catch pronunciation, short, easily spelled, and a positive message, easily mid $$$$, possibly more. The .com and .net go to in use but inactive sites, probably a plus as well. I would try hard to sell it soon, as I think before .com is used would be better, and also I suspect that the current interest in .io will wane in a bit. It is a great name, and good luck with it.

For what it is worth (remember not all markets report to Namebio, generally Undeveloped and Afternic are not on) for the last 100 .io domain sales this year on Namebio:
Park.io 76

Sedo 8
Namejet 1
Of course the commissions are not the same.
