"is" is a very generic word.

used with "is 16" could be used for many things.

LOL! My initial reaction is that this is a very strong, very good domain name. I would value it pretty high.

I like it and could see a lot of different uses for it. It is easy to remember and not only do you get the "Is 16" audience but I.S.16 could also have uses.
