Is this Spam? - pcsite(.)biz - Please help

Normally domain buyer would not tell you, that they are from big company, and have many clients .... why ? because they want to get it cheap !

It's an appraisal scam. They will ask you to provide them with a costly appraisal from a particular service, but they will not buy your domain.

Yup looks like a spam email.

I got a similar one way back and it had that same "confidential" footer.

Appraisal Scam sorry to say. Looks like they changed their email up a bit. Im begining to think that this scammer is someone who lurkers these forums. I made a comment about how they use the same email a little while ago and now it has changed but basically the same thing.
