My friend has made a search site having Adsense Ads. He gave me a offer to show my on the search page along with his own ads.

Now he will have 2 ad boxes and allowed me 1 ad box for mine! Is this under the rules of Google Adsense?

It's definitely against the rules to have two or more users with three ads per user on one page, because AdSense TOS sets a maximum of 3 ads per page without making any reference to the users operating the ads - in other words, it doesn't matter how many publishers are using the page, you can still have only 3 ads.

With regards to whether it's allowed to have multiple publisher accounts on the same page, I really have no idea - presumably, there shouldn't be a problem, althoug why anyone would want to share their advertising space with anyone else, I have no idea. I'd check with AdSense if I were you, just to be on the safe side. Keep in mind that AdSense employs the policy of banning first and asking questions later!

No that is against google's TOS, only one users Adsense account may be showed at a time.
