Is it worth $xxx or $x,xxx?

Since .us domains get little type-in traffic, I'd say low $xxx. However, it has development potential and if you were to develop it properly, the value could go up.

Its worth reg fee now but if you develop it mayeb $100 give or a take a little. There are so many names avaliable in the .us that most are worth Reg fee .

I totally agree with you. Go for .com for highest $$.

I still think .us with good keywords is a good investment.

However, sitters.us is just not that nice imo.

Develop it, then tell me. I suppose you could develop it into a directory or advertisement page for "sitters" in the US, in which case the value of the name would increase.

It would be an interesting service to have (ZIP Code).sitters.us, for example: 18031.sitters.us, to search for sitters in 18031. Just my thoughts.
