Is there a wordpress image ad widget/plugin or...?

The site im working on is thanksgivinglayout.com. If you look at the site youll see that I have plenty of room for ad placement in the 2 columns on the right. Is there a widget or plugin that will allow me place image ads and dictate their size or will I have to hand code spots for ads? Thanks.

You can either use a text widget to add your adsense code or can check out the WP125 plugin if you plan on selling ad space. Both work really well for me.
