what sort of data exactly? For general purposes and quick assessment I use http://cy-pr.com/ You need not to be proficient in Russian to understand most of the reports, they are pretty clear, or - as an alrernative for better understanding - use Google Chrome browser which translates foreign languages by default. Is this what you were looking for?

You need backlinks and traffic stats. The traffic stats are very difficult to impossible to determine. MagesticSEO.com is a good pay site for this stuff.

Have you looked at Alexa.com (a great site to start with)

If you are talking of a completely new unregistered domain, you cannot have that, but if you are looking for readily registered domains you can visit who.is. cheers
