Is there a list of wordpress designers anywhere?

Is there any site that lists professional Wordpress designers? I know I can get on the freelance sites, but I'm not looking for that. I'm looking for a simple listing of full-time wordpress designers.

im not sure about being "full-time" but somehow they're doing this combination with other job they have.

I'm not sure if there is an existing site that provides a list of WordPress designers.

But I have an idea on how to gather the contacts I guess. Perhaps you can create a website where WordPress Designers can submit their info and be contacted by clients. Something like LinkedIn where you can check great bunch of designers.
