No.

Keep in mind that numeric domains are only attractive on the Chinese market. And there are two categories, short numeric domains (4 numbers of fewer) and long numeric domains (5 numbers or more).

Any 4N .com domain will sell for $X,XXX. But some 5N on the other hand are listed for $XX (and do not sell for this price). A lot of 6N aren't even registered, so unless there's a memorable pattern to it, e.g. a numeric pattern e.g. 101010.com, or a phonetic pattern e.g. 130926.com (130926 sounds like 一想你就来啦, which means "Just one thought of you and you arrived") there's no value in these.

311391.com on the other hand isn't memorable. And therefore worthless.

My suggestion is, unless you speak Chinese then don't invest in numeric domains. There are so many variables to finding valuable ones, and most of them are registered and priced right.
