Is gtld.link permanently dead?

Don't want to link to other forums. Just curious if anybody knows? Last year I'd often check Namepros and this other forum specializing in nGTLDs.. but the other site has been down for 1 - 2 months, I think? Just wondering if anyone knows if the site is permanently closed or..?

Not sure why but I'm gutted, it was a great community of new gtld enthusiasts with superb domains!
I do miss it as you could get a feel of what was selling and what wasn't.
Phil had some awesome names!

I have checked it from time to time recently and it's always down. They had a site issue many months ago but that doesn't appear to be the case due to the long downtime now.

I would also like to know if it's been shut down..

The forum was hacked, last time I spoke to one of the owners it sounded like they intended to bring the site back up but nothing happened yet as you all know

It's been back up for a few weeks now. Had not had any major issues with it since

The problem with it is there now appears to be something badly configured with their web server so it doesn't appear to serve the web site on many occasions. I wasn't able to get to the web site for ages this month while being told that it was up. I eventually managed to navigate to it, possibly by ensuring I'd typed http:// before "gtld.link", in my browser. However that isn't working now either and I currently can't get back to it! I'm wondering whether it might have actually gone down again completely.

Odd it seems acessible from search engines but not always direct type in. I wonder what the issue is?

http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/gtld.link.html (and I specifically typed in www.gtld.link) seems to think it is down. I've tried it in Chrome, Safari and Safari on my phone using both WiFi and 4G. However I am speaking to someone else on the telephone who informs me it is working for him. I am wondering if they're having transit issues?

1. Clear you cache

2. Use a free VPN browser plugin like Zenmate

3. Change your DNS to Googles Public DNS

Booted up a Virtual Machine running Windows and tried it with Chrome but no joy. Rebooted router. No joy. Am already using 8.8.8.8. 8.8.4.4.

If it's just me explain why http://dnscheck.pingdom.com and http://mxtoolbox.com/DNSCheck.aspx are both reporting DNS issues. IsItDownRightNow.com was stating it's down but now stating it is up so clearly there have been ongoing problems today with it.

Not only you, had the same issues with that site months back. Zenmate helped me access it back then. Moved houses and got a new internet supplier and the issues went away.
