And also where can I get such script, i've checked hotscripts.com and all other forums, but unable to find the answer for this.

Custom script, hmm...that's what I thought when i first saw their site.

Same here, confident it's custom written. As for buying such a script, prepare to pay a solid ammount for custom programming.
