The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I am curious about that too, as some of those "affected" are my domains :)
Please check and share your findings guys, thank you!

For that domains (.vip, .life, tv) in the source code there is a lot of JS code, it seems adwords code.

Maybe a malicious JS code.

Antivirus don't block new/old gtld a priori, block malicious code/software.

Sometimes antivirus products are paranoid.

I tried some some other .tvs and they're fine, just that one I posted doesn't go thru.

Problem is in Javascript for that domains.

Malicious (for ESET, maybe not) code.

That is a mystery... What I do with all my domains is that I just redirect them to my marketplace...maybe that antivirus does not like redirection?

Maybe, that's what I was thinking. Have to try some that aren't yours.

if that is the case, maybe it would be a good idea not to redirect those particular extensions, and just have nice landing pages on them...:)

Yeah, looks like your setup. Tried some different .stores in this thread, others go thru fine, yours get blocked

https://www.namepros.com/threads/showcase-your-new-store-domains-here.952419/page-15#post-6169298

This blocked - http://thealcohol.store/

This goes thru fine - http://www.webhosting.store/

This goes thru fine - http://gfx.store/

What type of redirect?
There are malicious JS code (for ESET, maybe not) in that domains.
Redirect domains does not have (adwords) JS code....

Don't use cloaked/frame redirects - this is exactly what I see on the mentioned domains...
Use classical 301 or 302.

Thanks a lot, guys that you checked that..honestly I had no idea about it!

I am at the moment rebuilding my marketplace, so I will definitely check whether I want to redirect domains to it at all ... probably best would be to apply landing pages to them, and avoid all the trouble :)
Thanks again!

p.s. I work under Linux without any antiviruses for many years... and never had any viral issues.

Same here (on Debian), we don't have these problems :xf.grin:
