I have a domain name registered in a country tld that ve been accused of violating a trademark. But I think on ICANN's site they say country code tlds are not subject to UDRP. Pls viewers should comment. Thanks

cctlds are free to set their own dispute resolution procedures. However, based on the few cctlds I'm familiar with, I believe cctld registries simply adopt ICANN's UDRP, as is or slightly modified.
It depends on the cctld. cctld administrators are free to adopt whatever dispute policies they would like, and some of them use the UDRP or something close to it.
