domain Is bal.lat worth 1200?

i am currently considering trying to sell bal.lat but i dont know how to go about it or how to find a good buyer. It has potential i think

The .com is $3699. If someone buys the .com, they may want yours. But I doubt they would pay anything close to $1200. Otherwise, I can't really see anyone buying it. It's not a very popular extension.
