Is Above.com not resolving for anyone else?

It's not been resolving for me for about 24 hours, and it's been sporadic for about 1-2 weeks.

OK. I figured out that I must be going via Japan to reach the Australian servers of Above.com. With the nuclear meltdown occurring there, there is probably a disruption of service

I just did a ping to Above.com and got a 62% packet loss

Im from the USA but it loads faster then most websites for me, Its like google super loads.
