Its a country based name. So I think its good for local country searches only. Price will depend upon Local popularity. Till then Reg fee

Well the Irish domain industry has a .com/.ie axis that represents over 80% of the market. There are more .co.uk domains on Irish hosters than there are .net domains. Unless you can sell it to an end-user, regfee.
