I was shopping for my nephew when it came to me.
He was looking for the colored skins that go on ipods.

Very nice read.......I am actually from Las Vegas, NV. I just feel the word is more artistic and apealing to a larger more appreciative person (market) Perhaps I was wrong?
Had I previously read your thread I would have posted that I preffered colours but that we do in fact use colors.
However ....I was hoping for an opinion on the name....should I assume, from your question, you do not like the name?

No, I think your name fine, still it beats me why people want to spend money dressing up their ipods and cellphones in different 'colours'.

lol...My daughter (8) says she needs three colours. Yes... Three colours because that would match all the colours she wears....and because she is going to be a fashion designer. :hehe:

Of course it is. They have a worldwide TM on the name. So anyone who registers a domain with Ipod in it is taking a risk...unless of course you are a distributor/dealer of Apple products.

My understanding is that as long as you follow the TOS in the use of trade mark they are quite open to the promotion. :imho:
