i would have thought so too, except the whole point is that apple felt that cisco's mark wasn't strong enough to cover apple's phone

another tm lawyer has said that the term "iphone" might be too generic to trademark

if so, then only appleiphoneshop.mobi would be in trouble, not iphoneshop.mobi

if you werent selling apple iphones at your iphone shop you would probably be ok

apple is a gorilla for trademarks though

they cleaned out every ipod domain on the net pretty fast

i'm not planning to sell anything in my iphoneshop.....probably just want to sell the domainname. do i make a chance?

Can you sell it? Then yes. Do you risk a possible chance of running into problems well not likely but their is always that 1 in 100 chance.
