Ah, oh well, it just seemed like a hot issue, especially with cnn reporting on a crack thats coming out soon. I just registered xxxbluray.net, would that also be a tm issue?

Well, I'll keep it till I get a notice to take the web site down. Apple hasn't commented on if they are going to take legal actions or not yet on the guys that actually made the crack.
