I know, but I've already been scammed on these licenses before, I just now got them back into my account and control. I can't let it happen again. Last time it was only $40, this time it could be more.

Not sure what the problem is.. All you need to do is ask Reaper for his paypal email address, and see if he is verified and see his stats on the actual paypal site. Everyone here at namepros needs to start some where.
