IPB forums problem

Hi

I am using ipb trial version on http://www.PakISP.net/forums/index.php it has been working perfect for the last year, however now it gives me a 403 forbidden error when i click on Pakisp forums root link, it gives me this error

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have tried changing the chmod permission and now are all are set to what they should be, but it still doesnt work.

Does anyone know the reason for this or solution?

Just thought i'd mention, its pretty serious because i'm the religion forum moderator, and i'm the only person who cant post in the religion board because of that error... lol
