You all know the 60 day icann rule... there is an $8.99 transfer with 1&1, but this will be my 1st transfer through 1&1....so, not sure which account is charged the transfer fee. If I get charged the $8.99 for the transfer, good day for you! If that cost goes to the person the domain is being transferred to, just prepare yourself in advance.

I have read through several forum posts... please do not comment about infringement this and that, The names are like many other high profile domains that are offering apps and other resources for many of the cell phones and other techy products out there. 1 great example.. Omnia Hub... They are housing apps for the Samsung omnia & other support, and it is LITERALLY the hub for Omnia add-ons. There is nothing wrong with having the word ipad in these domains. If you are interested in a name here, feel free to make an offer!

lol, you are just not getting it...it all depends of the company you infringe on gives a dang, some do ,some don't....but Apple does and i feel free to comment this:

Someone has the potential of PAY some serious money to the lawyers(and Apple) since this has TM issues


Why?

Just read this and reconsider:

Maybe If you would run the forum on your own, no ads no nothing no money making with it you maybe (and i am not a lawyer) have a chance but you regged the names, put some scripts on it and want to sell it, that is bad faith(just look up the legal section here again and again and again)

Thank you for trying to muck up a post here, however, let me make this clear:

Domain squatting or cyber squatting is the term used for someone who registers a domain with no intention of using it, that would otherwise be used for a site relating to the domain name.

Please. I have submitted these websites to search engines, I have added my own amazon store, and a couple of other things which could be transferred if sold. Any website out there will sell their biz for the right money.
Because I am actively doing both is not bad faith, it will make it that much more profitable for the next person. And if noone buys it, it stays with me, I continue to run them as a business, and I make money.

End of subject.

I'm sure you have better things to do with your time than to throw names out there.. I am NOT a cyber squatter.

Lastly.. I do get it. There are people out there who think they are know it alls. That is fine, however, my post does not concern you if you're not interested in these websites.

I am actively running these websites, and even if I wasn't, it is none of your business
