I Agree - if it was mine I'd delete it. I don't know all the details about your history with this domain & your rights to the term IPAD, but my guess is there are certain companies that have a stronger argument & better lawyers. Maybe you could argue your case...but is it worth the risk?

Did not apple just announce ipad as a brand for their tablet? If so, how could they claim any rights for names registered prior to it? So, if you own a name and a large company launches new product with that name, you should delete the domain? Ridiculuous...

In fact, saw quite a few ipad related domains for sale on Sedo recently, which shows at least that sedo does not see any tm issue with it.

But what you do with the name will be extremely relevant, don't let it be a bad faith usage either.

It is widely known that there are already 2 live world trademarks for ipad and another has been applied for in the niche of everything to do with computers and internet. ( Rumoured to be Apple )
Where the difficulty arises for forming a price on the domain, is the extremely narrow LEGAL potential usage of the domain. Agreed, it is the perfect cybersquatters domain and these are the probable buyers, but from a serious development point of view, it is virtually useless.

Just don't contact them saying its for sale and demand $100k or something stupid like that. Let them come to you or sell it to a reseller. Still a cool name IMO
