After you add/import domains, the domains are submitted for approval. After domains get approved, you can edit the parking templates and themes. You can also create your own template/theme from the current template/themes.

my basic thinking is simple.
people can use our parking and free mini site creator for free, we do not need users to pay us for using it.

I have my budget to support my development team.

our biz model is not the same as noomle. a little similar anyway.

We want to firstly accumulate the user base. And then find the biz model to earn revenue. the amount of users and the reputation accumulated through our services are more important in my humble opinion for our new startup.

Neither IE nor Firefox will open any of your 4 sample sites, nor your main site Dugoohoo, for me. Whatever your issues are with your software, you absolutely must resolve them before people can seriously consider your service. If I can't open any of your sites in IE or Firefox, the two biggest browsers, there goes almost the entire traffic market for any website.

Let us know when this gets solved. I'm curious to see your service and sample sites, but am unable to connect to any of them

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our servers receive too many local business queries and that makes the database server exceeded the limit.

I have restarted the server.

OK...adding a name is a pain...I can't seem to get the format right. Why not make it so we can type in the name without having to upload it? I understand that with bulk names it could be helpful, but atm, I can't seem to get it to work.

Once I get a name up and running I will look more into it. Should have done it ages ago but I have been busy.

Ok...got that sorted...it wasn't a csv file like excel that worked but notepad. Maybe it was my fault for associating a csv file with Excel (usually is)????

BTW...what is with this approval thing? How long does it take and when can I start to play with the names I added? As it stands I can't even choose a template.

You domains are approved. you need to point the NS of your names to ns1(2).dugoohoo.com or set the A record to 75.125.221.82

after the domains are activated, they are using the default template. you can click on the small picture under "Select Template and Theme",you will see templates like "classic,mordern, wordpress_style, joomla_style ..." and the many themes for each template. after you select the template the theme, you can click on edit to start the customization.

Let us know when your sites are up and working properly on the servers. Right now your sample sites load for me (before they didn't load at all) but all that's coming up is a blank white page, with a small symbol in another language in the top left corner. Same thing happens with all 4 sample sites, on both IE and Firefox.

I can open your main site dugoohoo.com, but things open a little skewed, the search bar goes over top of text, etc. Also, none of the links work, each time I click a link anywhere on your homepage, the operation aborts. The homepage is all that will load.

Let us know when this is all resolved so I can have a look at your sample sites and templates

I agree to a certain point, but the OP wants feedback on the service and ways to improve and build it out. Hard to do if people can't even get started at a basic level.

I do agree that things shouldn't be rushed but it wouldn't hurt if feedback could be given, which in my case atm, can't.

I am sorry but the domains were approved from admin 2 days ago from admin, your domains dns should be set to ns1.dugoohoo.com and ns2.dugoohoo.com , once they resolved to our name server, the domains will be automatically approved as the server runs approval process every 4 hours by cron. though the domains approved by admin, but the admin process didn't see the domains resolved, it still show the domains "In the queue at the addition to cPanel". And the parking system still show the domains as not approved.

Ok...so I have to let names sit for a couple of hours possibly not making any money?

I would suggest that you set it up so your customers can customize parts of the domains whilst awating approval. That way when they are approved and they are ready to go when a user points their names to your service.

In my experience most services let you do this in some fashion (being able to set up and edit names) before they actually point them towards a service.

Just an idea

I will however, try it your way and work from there because it looks promising.
