domain Investing Site Appraisal

I listed this domain a while ago for appraisal, but I've done some development and was curious what everyone thought as to the value of domain with developed site as it stands today.

I'm not looking to sell, but trying to get an idea if I should develop further or sit on it for a while.

about 30-50 uniques/day.
Alexa: 485,000
Msn: Shows up as #1 for "investing forum"

Google: hates me...need some major SEO overhaul for google

Still there is room for developement in the header of the home page. Even then low $xxx to Mid $xxx, IMO
