Org is in a funny situation. To most people it means non-profit groups. Well, non-profit means that they should not have much money available for fancy priced domains.
Yet .Org names are in most minds third in value after .Com and .Net in the gTLDs. The theory is that for-profit companies like to use .Orgs to appear benign. Maybe so.
Anyway, when you think of future domain values think end-user demand. CCC.anything is weak in that department. Although you might do well with well-selected LLLL.org as the above post mentioned, it really seems most of the growth these days is in .com. I suspect that even the junky LLLL.coms now available to register will out-perform most .Orgs.
And the usual advice: Diversify; spend your money slowly; and study, study, study.
