Ads could be for helping inventors with patents, prototyping and marketing and sales and potential strategic partners for specific areas of technologies.
Companies interested in helping (strategic partners) could also be listed for what they are looking for and contact info.
If NEEDS were posted, inventors would scramble to be the first to meet those needs with focused efforts. There is a lot of unfocused efforts that could be re-directed with some monetary incentives and competition goals/prizes!
