This is my first post and also my first DOMAIN buy from something other than Domain Registar.
I think it was a pretty good buy, ill post how much I paid for it after I get 5 appraisals. :hehe:

If it were a .com, the value could've been much higher. Anyways, it's not bad at all. I'd say low xxx's to high xxx's, depending on the buyer.

I know what the .com would of been better, but I think .org is pretty good, especially for what I plan to do with it . I mean look @ www.PokerForums.org

The .com and .net are both undeveloped. Not much interest there it looks like.

Yep, you are right
I paid $50 for it, a couple weeks back, it was for sale for $20 but I missed out on it.
I was pretty happy when I got the second chance even though the price went to $50.
I feel pretty good about my buy, and wouldnt take it back.
How did find out that the resale value was $50?

Ha! Wow, I got it dead-on...
I got the $50 by taking into account the usual factors... length, keywords, other exts, google/ovt results, my own experience buying/selling & seeing what every thing else sells at... etc.
