Established Internet marketing blog for sale

i'm selling my internet marketing blog , because i need some cash urgently.

the blog is almost 2 months old and in december i got 821 unique visitors to it,
the site isn't really making money yet as i was in the middle of promoting it.

the name is reallyranting.com

the domain is regged at my local registrar using Enom , and it has 5 months of hosting left on it too

the website now has about 30+ articles posted on it , some are plr articles , some are unique articles.
this site has great potential if marketed right and adequate. and since the name is generic you can actually go any direction you want with it.

just a follow up ,

this site now has had 1128 uniques in 13 days and is still growing,
i made 15$ in renting adspace for a month ( 3 ads ) and i got around 8 adsense clicks this months.
this site is constantly growing and traffic is building

website still for sale, january has had 2100+ uniques so far, it made 20 $ through adselling over fiverr , andsense is still at 8 .

bin lowered to 100$
